I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), License No. 133010, based in the Sacramento, California, area, and I help individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
My passion for therapy was born from my own transformation. As I gained self-awareness and healed from my own pain, life opened up—and I knew I wanted to help others do the same. Now, with over eight years of experience as a therapist, I find deep joy in supporting clients through their unique journeys toward peace and fulfillment.
